BookSafari Help Center

I'd like to receive more free book deals from BookSafari.

If you'd like to receive more free books in your BookSafari emails, we recommend signing up for more categories. You can update your account here: Category Preferences. You may have to sign in first.

In the meantime, you can browse our latest free deals here: Free ebooks.

Each deal is only available for a limited time, and prices may change without notice, so please verify that the deal price is still available before downloading. When downloading free Kindle books, confirm that the "Kindle Price" is still free.

Can I change how often I get BookSafari emails?

If you're signed up for BookSafari and would like to receive fewer emails, we can send you a weekly email instead.

You can select whether you'd like to be emailed daily, weekly, or not at all here: Email preferences (You may have to sign in first.).

How do I unsubscribe from BookSafari emails?

If you'd like to unsubscribe from our emails, simply click the "Unsubscribe from BookSafari" link at the bottom of your BookSafari email to update your email preferences.  You can also sign in and update your email preferences here: Email Preferences.

Or if you let us know the email address that you’d like unsubscribed, we'd be happy to take care of it for you.

Why am I not getting my BookSafari email?

If you’re not receiving your BookSafari emails, the first thing we’d recommend is checking your email preferences here: Email Preferences. (You may have to sign in first.) At this page, you can choose to receive daily or weekly emails, or no emails at all. If you’re signed up for daily or weekly emails and our emails still aren’t arriving, we’d recommend checking to make sure that our emails are not landing in your spam folder.

You may also want to contact your email provider to confirm that there isn't another spam filter or firewall preventing emails from BookSafari from appearing in your inbox.

Finally, we’d suggest that you add the email address to your contact list or address book, which should help ensure that BookSafari emails are not marked as spam.
